Terms for using School Master.

1. Account responsibility

The school/account administrator is responsible for accurate registration information, protecting credentials and controlling who receives access to the school workspace.

2. Acceptable use

School Master must not be used for unlawful access, spam, abusive messaging, unauthorized collection of personal data, attempts to bypass permissions, or interference with the service.

3. FREE, PRO and PREMIUM

FREE provides core functionality. PRO and PREMIUM unlock the capabilities identified for those editions. Features labelled Coming Soon are not available until officially released and should not be treated as included merely because a paid plan was purchased before release.

4. Annual subscription

Paid School Master subscriptions are annual. Once confirmed/activated, the current annual term is normally non-cancellable and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Listed fixed annual PRO/PREMIUM pricing applies to schools with up to 1,000 active students; larger schools require a separately confirmed Large School/custom plan. 5. Upgrade

A school may upgrade to a higher edition during an active term. The applicable upgrade charge and effective access will be shown/confirmed before the upgrade is completed. Downgrades, if offered, apply at renewal rather than creating a refund for the current term.

6. Messaging

WhatsApp and SMS integrations are subject to the separate Messaging Terms, provider eligibility, sender/recipient requirements, applicable regulation and third-party charges. Bulk spam or unsolicited messaging is prohibited.

7. School data and backups

The school remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and authorization of records it enters/imports. Backup/export features reduce risk but do not replace the school’s own record-retention obligations or independent backups where appropriate.

8. Service changes and availability

Features may be improved, fixed or updated. Material commercial changes should be communicated appropriately. No unsupported uptime guarantee is made on this public site.

9. Intellectual property

The School Master software, website design, branding and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Customer school data remains separate from the public website content.

10. Administrative tool disclaimer

School Master assists school administration; it does not replace statutory registers, regulatory filings, professional advice or legal obligations that a school must independently satisfy.
