School Master is a web-based school management ERP focused on clear administration, controlled access, dependable data handling and simple yearly operations for schools in India.
WHAT IT DOES
One workspace for school administration, academics and operations.
School Master brings admissions, student records, attendance, fees, expenses, staff, marks, progress reports, accounts, reports, backup, user permissions and annual year management into one ERP. The goal is not to add features only for a long checklist; the product is designed so a school can move from setup to daily work and then into the next academic/financial year without rebuilding records from scratch.
Version 1.0 includes Google sign-in, Email OTP login, tracked browser sessions, role/module permissions, class/division scope, Excel import with preview and validation, school-scoped cloud backup/restore, and Academic & Financial Year rollover with student promotion planning.
Secure access by design
Google OAuth, Email OTP, Turnstile, rate limiting, tracked sessions, device revocation and recent OTP re-verification protect account and sensitive ERP actions.
Controlled data movement
Excel import uses preview, duplicate checks and row-level error recovery. Cloud restore uses identity verification, backup validation, preview, checkpoint creation and transactional safety checks.
Clear yearly rollover
Year Management preserves a previous-year archive, carries supported pending dues and lets the school preview Promote, Repeat or Pass Out decisions while retaining each student's GR number.

School Master separates features that are available today from roadmap items. WhatsApp/SMS integrations, dedicated parent/mobile apps and the full offline/sync rollout remain clearly marked as Coming Soon until their production integrations are released.
The public Live Demo uses a separate fictional read-only workspace. Schools that create their own workspace use school-scoped data and can control staff access with roles, permissions and class/division scope.
School Master does not claim certifications, integrations or customer numbers that have not been obtained or verified. Product pages are kept aligned with the current production release.
