Common questions

Is the FREE plan a timed trial?

No. FREE is a usable starting edition and the read-only Live Demo is available to explore before signup.

How are PRO and PREMIUM priced?

PRO is ₹25/student/year or ₹4,999/year fixed. PREMIUM is ₹50/student/year or ₹9,999/year fixed. Fixed annual listed pricing covers up to 1,000 active students; larger schools use custom pricing. The calculator compares the available choices.

Are WhatsApp, SMS and mobile apps available today?

No. They are marked Coming Soon until their production integrations are released. Provider/message charges will be separate.

Can I import existing Excel data?

Supported data can be imported through official templates and validation workflows. Unsupported import types are not represented as live.

Can School Master handle a new academic/financial year?

Yes. The v1.0 Year Management workflow can archive the current year, carry student-wise pending dues and preview Promote, Repeat or Pass Out actions while retaining the same GR number.

Is cloud restore available now?

Yes. Restore requires recent OTP identity verification, validates the backup against the school, shows a preview, creates a pre-restore checkpoint and applies the operational restore transaction with safety checks.
