1. FREE evaluation
Schools are encouraged to use the FREE edition and Live Demo before purchasing PRO or PREMIUM.
2. Paid annual plans
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a paid annual subscription that has been confirmed and activated is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for a partial-year refund. Access continues for the applicable confirmed annual term subject to the Terms of Service. Listed fixed annual PRO/PREMIUM pricing applies up to 1,000 active students; larger schools require separately confirmed custom pricing.
3. Upgrade during the year
PRO may be upgraded to PREMIUM during an active annual term. The applicable upgrade amount and effective access are confirmed before completion. An upgrade does not create a refund for the lower plan.
4. Downgrade / non-renewal
If downgrade or non-renewal options are offered, they apply for the next renewal period rather than generating a refund for an already activated annual term.
5. Coming Soon features
Features explicitly marked Coming Soon are not considered delivered features for the current edition until released. Customers should purchase based on currently available capabilities and the pricing/edition description shown at confirmation.
6. Provider charges
Third-party WhatsApp, SMS, payment, telecom or other provider charges are separate and follow the relevant provider’s billing/refund rules.
7. Billing errors and mandatory rights
This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Suspected duplicate charges, billing errors or legally required refund requests should be reported promptly to support.
